General admission: all ages (0–3 free). Hawk Walk, Closest Encounter, Raptor Day and Owl Encounter: minimum age 8. Eagle Encounter: minimum age 16.

General admission and paid encounters are priced separately; encounters are not included in general admission. Groups of 4+ get 10% off general admission, the Hawk Walk and the Closest Encounter. On encounters, ages 8–12 need a paying adult where specified.

Winter holidays (Dec 21–Jan 3): daily 12:00–3:00 p.m.; closed Christmas Day. Flying demonstrations at 1:30 p.m. on open days (not November 11). Check the current schedule before visiting.
